The pressure from the ball can cause some initial soreness or discomfort, but this usually subsides as the tongue piercing heals. It's important to have the piercing done by a professional to ensure it is placed correctly and to minimize any potential pain or complications. **

One way to sweeten a latte cappuccino without stirring is to add the sweetener directly to the espresso shot before adding the steamed milk. This way, as the milk is poured into the cup, it will naturally mix with the sweetener. Another option is to use flavored syrups or powders that will dissolve on their own when the milk is added. Lastly, you can sprinkle a small amount of sweetener on top of the foam after steaming the milk, allowing it to slowly dissolve and sweeten the drink as you sip. **
