It's best to err on the side of caution and avoid consuming any expired food or beverages. **

Yes, you can make rice pudding with brown rice. Brown rice will give the pudding a nuttier flavor and slightly chewier texture compared to using white rice. It may take longer to cook brown rice compared to white rice, so you may need to adjust the cooking time or add more liquid to achieve the desired creamy consistency for the pudding. Overall, using brown rice is a healthier alternative that adds more fiber and nutrients to the dish. **

Jasmine rice is a type of long-grain rice that is known for its fragrant aroma and slightly sticky texture when cooked. In terms of nutritional value, jasmine rice is not necessarily less healthy than regular rice. Both types of rice provide carbohydrates and some essential nutrients like iron and B vitamins. The main difference between jasmine rice and regular rice is the taste and texture, rather than a significant difference in nutritional content. Ultimately, the healthiness of rice depends on portion size and how it is prepared. **

The rice used in rice pudding has already been fully cooked, so it cannot be used to make regular rice. If you want to make regular rice, you will need to use uncooked rice and follow the appropriate cooking instructions. **
